The Short Version
This is the part of the flyer where we tell you what Top Ad Creators collects when you visit, why we keep it, and how to make us stop. We're a small affiliate review site — we don't sell your data, and we don't trade it. Anything we track exists to figure out which reviews readers actually use.
The site runs Google Analytics, which drops cookies to count visits, referring sites, browser and device type, and rough geographic region. Outbound product links sometimes pass through affiliate networks, and those networks may set their own cookies after you click through. That's it for third-party scripts.
What We Collect
The categories: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps), analytics events from Google Analytics, anonymous affiliate click data from the networks that route outbound links, and anything you send directly — an email, a tip, a contact-form note — which we keep so we can write back.
Server logs roll off after a few weeks. Analytics data follows Google's retention defaults. Email threads stick around until the conversation's done, then they get filed or tossed out with the rest of last week's flyers. Nothing here is held longer than it needs to be.
Pulling Your Name Off The Wall
You can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of analytics with your browser's cookie controls or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Send the request and we'll handle it — no hoops, no forms in triplicate.
